The Indian Railway has recruited over 3,000 girls candidates in specialized classes in the previous 3 decades, Union minister Piyush Goyal advised Parliament on Wednesday.
“Approximately 3,650 girls candidates are given employment from the Indian Railways in specialized classes in the previous 3 decades,” he explained.
Goyal also stated the program fee collected from women candidates are reimbursed to people who look at the examination. Additionally, an upper age limitation signs of widows, divorced women and girls judicially separated from their husbands, who aren’t remarried, is relaxed to age 35 decades.
Additionally, for Level-1 classes, relaxed qualifying criteria for its physical performance test (PET) for women applicants have been employed.
